Joseph Christopher Stevenson (born June 15, 1982 in Torrance, California) is an American mixed martial artist fighting out of Las Vegas, Nevada. Competing as a welterweight, he won The Ultimate Fighter 2 welterweight tournament, although he currently fights as a lightweight. Stevenson is noted for his effective use of the guillotine choke.

George Sotiropoulos (born July 9, 1977 in Geelong, Victoria) is an Australian professional mixed martial artist of Greek descent that is currently fighting in the UFC in the lightweight division. He is most well known for appearing as a fighter on the tv show The Ultimate Fighter: Team Hughes vs. Team Serra, fighting on Team Serra. Following his appearance on the show, Sotiropoulos moved to Long Island, NY to train at Serra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
